Anthologies are very difficult to review. Twenty-four stories, each varying lengths, would be impossible to review separately. There's not enough substance in any of them to write separate reviews.

F*cking Awkward is all comedy and let's face it, awkward sexual encounters are very easy to relate to. We've all had them. Maybe not the the extents these characters have had, but you'll still be able to relate to something here. It's impossible not to.

I found the stories themselves to be either a hit or a miss. Some had me laughing out loud while others had me skimming to get to the end. It's very hard to establish a reason for the reader to care when writing the shortest of short stories. I haven't read any of these authors before and wasn't familiar with any of the series the characters came from previously. Still, I very much enjoyed F*cking Awkward. I found it was a great book to read when I only had fifteen minutes, because I could just read a short story or two and then go do whatever I need to do. And the best part for me as a reader is knowing all the proceeds for F*cking Awkward go to charity.

I recommend F*cking Awkward for those looking for a laugh or a book that doesn't offer as much depth as a full length book does. It's a good book to have on your Kindle for when you've only got a few minutes and need something to entertain you.
